The main living area features an elegant composition of muted tones and soft textures. In the living area, the accent side chairs lend a tactile appeal with its suede upholstery, which gives a stark contrast to the dark-tinted glass coffee table that anchors the space. The area rug, on the hand, subtly delineates the living area from the adjacent open kitchen and dining areas, creating a more cosy and intimate feel. 

Special consideration was also given to storage solutions throughout this apartment. Behind the modular sofa, you'll find a built-in cabinet that's as practical as it is appealing. Its sleek doors, in faux cement finish, not only add visual interest but also provide much-needed storage space, keeping the apartment effortlessly tidy. A portion of the cabinetry is also dedicated to display some of the homeowners’ book collection and decors, giving a glimpse of the dweller’s hobbies and interests. 

The open-plan layout of the unit allows for smooth flow between the kitchen, dining and living areas. The dining area is defined by the chrome-finish drop lighting that matches well with the stone-top 8-seater dining table. 

Likewise, the kitchen looks spic and span with warm light gray tones and streamlined cabinetry. It also features an island perfect for meal preps or a quick coffee run. 

In the master suite, the bed is thoughtfully set against a gently curving wall, creating a uniquely intimate atmosphere. This design choice imparts a wonderful sense of being cradled to sleep, further enhanced by the soft, ambient lighting that washes the room, perfectly setting the mood for a much-needed rest.
