Arya Residence

Meranti
Once you step in this home, you'll immediately notice the meticulous attention to detail that went into its creation. This high-rise apartment showcases a genuine commitment to unique and personal design, evident in every element, right down to the bespoke door handles. It's a clear demonstration of how careful craftsmanship truly elevates a space.
ORT 2
Immersing users in a feast of textures and materials makes this three-bedroom unit come alive. The lines are inspired by the Art Deco style, giving the spaces a timeless feel. Despite the achromatic palette of blacks, whites, and greys, the unit feels alive because of the colorful tones of the curated artworks, such as the gallery of Arturo Luz paintings in the living area and the Romulo Olazo in the piano area.
Because of the cohesion and tastefulness of its design, the project was recognized at the 2017 International Property Awards with the Best Interior Design award.

This 320-square-meter unit was designed to transport its residents, evoking the refined ambiance of a British villa and allowing the client to reminisce about their European travels. Every detail contributes to this sophisticated aesthetic, from the elegant curvature of the furniture pieces and curated décor, to the intricate wall coverings and moldings found throughout the home.
Fordham
This three-story house for a family of five is a portrait of class and elegance, drawing from its rich collection of art and furniture. The space showcases the owner's collection of art masterpieces alongside modern luxury furniture, reflecting a keen eye for design and a profound appreciation for craftsmanship. This residence, situated on a narrow lot, also demonstrates that with proper space planning, you can transform compact spaces into open, comfortable, and highly efficient livable spaces.
